Although there is a negative to having caffeine, especially coffee before you’re exercise routines. If you are like many people, coffee will act really fast on your body and cause you to need the bathroom.

But what caffeine is good for is energy. That energy boost of caffeine can really help you get more done in the gym. When you feel less energetic, you can really suffer your workout and not get a good one in. Many people actually rely on that caffeine jolt to get their body ready. I suggest you do not rely on energy drinks because they are loaded with sugar… keep far from the sugar.
