Listen to Your Body

It’s really important as you workout that you listen to your body. Too many people don’t really listen and they end up pushing themselves too hard and that can lead to injury or burn out. The key is to really listen to what is happening to your body.

However, during your exercise routines, sometimes your body will tell you to quite, but you need to push through. This feeling really is more of a fatigue issue. That is the only way that you are going to get great results. When you feel pain that is more linked to a sharp pain then you probably should stop.

Listening to your body, knowing when to push it and when to hold back, will lead to faster results.
