How to download music from ipod to ipod on same computer?
I just recently got an itouch and i used to have an ipod nano. How do i download the music from my nano to my itouch? do i have to download music to my computer first then download? Or can I sync music from itunes or something? by the way what is syncing?

You have to have all of the songs on the same "itunes", but if you mean like from a friends Ipod to yours, or your own to your own, with songs that are not in your itunes library, than i’m sorry it cannot be done.

your itunes/ipod syncs only from your pc. you must first update your itunes. however, you can transfer music quickly using a tool called podutil. just go to podutil.com or google it. there’s another one called music rescue you can google too.
make sure you choose not to overwrite your library on sync!

get the usb for ur ipod touch and plug it in then it will ask u if u want to sync all ur stuff from the ipod nano to the ipod touch.

If all of the songs you want are on your iTunes, then just sync your iPod touch with iTunes. Syncing just means both iTunes and your iPod will have all the same songs. If not, then download iDump software which will take all of the song off of your nano and put them into iTunes. Then sync the two like I said before.
