According to Apple no. it might be worth a shot contacting them. best way to protect your music in case of a hard drive failure is to back up your purchases as soon as your done buying and downloading is complete. for me i use both the “Click-Free” 250gb external hard drive and an actual iPod to back up my purchases. i tend to avoid using actual CD’s as they will eventually scratch up overtime if not careful or become readless if you burn your purchases to a crappy branded CD. hope this helped.

Then buy a gift card then scratch the number off the back ….. go to itunes store and click redeem and then click enter … it doesnt cost anything to create a account and you dont have to enter a credit card ….. all you need is ur name and mailing address …… Hopes this helps …
