Does anyone know of a downloadable music maker like a DJ uses that works with a keyboard and mouse?

I don’t have a DJ pad or anything I just need something I can use with a keyboard and a mouse to maybe make some technoish or anykind of songs, It would be appreciated if you could put a link to the page with the download, I have high speed so the size doesn’t matter. Thank you.
