How do i listen to music on my computer through iTunes from the internet?

I downloaded a couple song from a record companies website and i cant open and listen to them on my computer through itunes. They were Win Zip files so i downloaded win zip and that didn’t work. I use itunes, and it open itunes but the music does not show up. I tried file add to library.
