How can I get sheet music on my computer?

I found some sites that let you download sheet music for free but they wont show up. So I was wondering if there was a program or something that I would have to download first or what?

I would use http://www.sheetmus.com

It has thousands of free sheets.

Might not be the specific ones you are looking for but… You can find plenty of sheet music for download there. They have over 1000+ of them. Good luck!
